What this site collects, sends, and does not keep

Review-request forms

The four forms may collect first and last name or a combined name, email address, optional phone number, reply preference, ZIP code, topic, occupancy, property form, vehicle count, primary use, timing, and the message a visitor chooses to provide. The browser performs basic validation and a short proof-of-work challenge; the server repeats field, length, format, origin, timing, and abuse checks. Do not submit medical information, government identifiers, payment details, account credentials, or information about another person that is not needed for an initial conversation.

After validation, the email delivery provider accepts the request for delivery to a fixed authorized Susman Insurance Agency recipient. The site does not maintain a form-submission database, use browser storage for form answers, or write form answers to routine application logs. The authorized agency mailbox keeps accepted messages under its ordinary mailbox retention practices. This site has no separate post-delivery cleanup or deletion process for those delivered messages.

Service providers and limited processing

Website hosting and network providers transmit pages and requests. Automated-abuse controls temporarily process network address and challenge data to rate-limit and validate submissions. Email-processing services deliver accepted messages. Service providers process information only for their authorized functions; they do not receive permission from this notice to use form answers for advertising. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority.

Cookieless audience measurement

The site uses cookieless, first-party measurement to understand page use. The measurement fields are page address and title, referrer after query and fragment details are removed, screen resolution, browser and device characteristics, browser language, local clock time, page-load timing, and a shortened network address used by the measurement system. Form answers are not included in measurement events. The measurement processor masks two address bytes, uses the anonymized address for location enrichment, randomizes configuration identifiers, and deletes raw visit logs after 90 days.

The browser sends no measurement event when Do Not Track is set to 1 or Global Privacy Control is enabled. DNT or GPC event requests receive an empty no-store response before collection checks or origin contact. Other event requests without this page's exact Origin are rejected. Measurement uses no tracking cookie and no advertising profile. We do not use cross-domain linking.

Calls, messages, children, and choices

A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance, and you may ask not to be recorded. Announcements can be stopped using the method included with the announcement. A text-message invitation will identify the brand, explain the expected message frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

This site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A child under thirteen needs a parent or guardian's permission before using the site. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact Susman Insurance Agency to request review. Privacy questions may be sent through this site's request form by choosing the exact Privacy topic. Visitors may choose not to use the forms. We may update this privacy statement and review it periodically as practices or legal requirements change.

Submitting a form does not bind, change, cancel, or renew insurance and is not a claim notice. Coverage actions require acceptance through the appropriate insurer or licensed agency process. The issued policies and endorsements control.
